Gabe and the team from RWN roofing were phenomenal to work with. Our roof was in need of repair and we had many, many roofing companies stop by and tell us it would be a breeze to get a replacement approved but once it came time for insurance approval we would be denied and we would never hear from the company again. That was not at all the case with Gabe. He assessed the damage to our roof and submitted the necessary proof to the insurance company. We were approved for the roof replacement and RWN roofing began right away. We are incredibly pleased with the results of our new roof. The process from start to finish was fantastic. RWN worked on a few roofs in our neighborhood following a hail storm including our own. They took a day and a half to replace our roof shingles, gutters and downspouts. Zero issues, just in and out and the roof looks great. We worked with Carlos Osorto and he was excellent, prompt, and easy to communicate with. Gave us a quick assessment and acted as a liaison with the insurance company to get us coverage that would actually get the job done, saving us so much back and forth.
